Food Politics

Books of Our Time host, Kurt Olsen and author Marion Nestle discuss the politics of the food industry, how these politics affect what foods we choose and which foods we have the options to choose.  Dr. Nestle posits that the politics of the food industry and its relationship to government needs to be understood so we can make more reasoned and beneficial choices.
